Our certified Field Engineers are always available 24x7 and provide service based on your needs and time schedules. We provide up to 30% cost savings to our customers on maintenance costs while maintaining the highest possible level of service. Our pledge to our customers is that the parts that you need on servers under our maintenance contracts are always in stock in our warehouse and can be installed within hours.

 

In addition to maintenance, we are also a reseller of pre-owned HP and Sun products. Our same field engineers that provide your maintenance services, perform complete hardware evaluations and burn-in testing on all secondary market hardware that we sell. Preferred Systems Maintenance was founded as a HP product sales organization in 1990 as Vaske Computer Solutions. Preferred Systems Maintenance is a contract maintenance organization that was formed in 1993, as Vaske Computer, Inc., to provide hardware services to our customers.

 

Preferred Systems Maintenance maintains Sun Microsystems Equipment, Hewlett Packard 3000 (RISC and Classic), 9000 (Servers and Workstations), PC's and other brand computer products in the upper Midwest especially in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Also via sub-contractors we maintain hardware throughout the USA.

 

We currently maintain, under contract, over 350 Sun and HP systems for 55 different customers in 65 different locations. We do time and material install/de-install projects for countless customers on a frequent basis. Our engineers have an average industry experience of over 15 years.
